Winter is here.  Cold Cold Cold
However, the training continues as we prepare
to assist in the searches for missing snowmobilers
skiiers, winter hikers, etc .....

For the summer and fall we have enjoyed a quiet search
season with only three call-outs; however,
we have had a very, very busy year thus far
in the area of demonstrations.

We have done around 50 demonstrations in Utah and
the surrounding states.
Our teams have logged over 4,000 miles traveling
to and from the demonstrations.

Our hope is that through education, there will be less
and less need for search and rescue as the
years go along.

Thanks to the Swanson Foundation and because of their support
we have been able to give each person a copy of
the book "Search Dogs and You"
to take home and share with their family.

Our goal in doing the demonstrations is to help educate
everyone we can on wilderness safety.
The book is available to anyone who would like one, as long
as they last.  Just contact Paulette at
gooderpaulette@msn.com
or Vickie at
jamiesyra@msn.com

WE continue to train and keep our teams up to the High Standards
set by American Search Dogs.

Some of our team members have been attending
outside training, bringing back new techniques
and insights for continual growth

We hope you enjoy keeping up with our activities
through our Photo Gallery Page.
